Ysbyty Athrofaol y Grange: Cefnogi Newid
Bydd Ysbyty Athrofaol y Grange, sy’n ysbyty Gofal Arbenigol a Chritigol newydd sbon, yn agor ym mis Tachwedd 2020. Mae’r ysbyty hwn yn gam cadarnhaol i ranbarth Gwent o ran cyflawni nodau’r cynllun Dyfodol Clinigol, ac mae’n dod â chyfoeth o gyfleoedd i’n staff. Fodd bynnag, bydd y newidiadau i wasanaethau ac ailstrwythuro ysbytai presennol yn sicr o achosi aflonyddwch a straen ychwanegol i rai staff. Gwyddom y gall newid sefydliadol fod yn heriol, ac nid yw addasu i newid bob amser yn broses hawdd. The Grange University Hospital: Supporting Change
The Grange University Hospital, which is a brand new Specialist and Critical Care hospital, is set to open November 2020. This hospital is a positive step for the Gwent region in achieving the goals of the Clinical Futures plan, and brings a wealth of opportunities for our staff. However, the changes to services and restructuring of existing hospitals will undoubtedly cause disruption and additional stresses for some staff. We know that organisational change can be challenging, and adapting to change is not always an easy process.
