Mae gennym hanes cryf o weithio mewn partneriaeth ac arloesi gyda sefydliadau o bob rhan o’r sector cyhoeddus yng Nghymru. Mae pob achos o gydweithio yn unigryw ac yn dechrau gyda sgwrs ymgynghorol. Mae gennym set sgiliau proffesiynol eang o fewn ein tîm sy’n ein galluogi i asesu, llunio a deall anghenion eich sefydliad sy’n gysylltiedig â lles, boed yn faterion sy’n ymwneud â chynaliadwyedd, morâl, iechyd, arweinyddiaeth, diwylliant, diogelwch neu berfformiad. O ystyried bod y dystiolaeth gyfredol yn awgrymu bod yr holl faterion hyn yn gysylltiedig mewn rhyw ffordd â lles cyflogeion, mae Gwasanaeth Lles Cyflogeion BIPAB mewn sefyllfa dda i helpu.
