Hyfforddiant NEWYDD: Ymchwiliadau Gweithwyr: Gofalu am y broses a’r bobl

Mae Lles Aneurin Bevan wedi datblygu hyfforddiant newydd sy’n canolbwyntio ar bwysigrwydd gofalu am y broses a’r bobl a fu’n rhan o’r gwaith o gyflwyno ymchwiliadau i’w gweithwyr.

Mae’r diwrnod yn addas ar gyfer y rhai sy’n gyfrifol am gomisiynu ac ymchwiliadau blaenllaw gan gynnwys rheoli rheng flaen, AD a chynrychiolaeth ochr staff.  

Mae’r rhaglen yn cynnwys:

  • Cyfle i adolygu astudiaeth achos i ddeall ble a sut y gallai pethau fynd o’i le.

NEW training: Employee Investigations: Looking after the process and the people

Aneurin Bevan Wellbeing has developed new training that focuses on the importance of looking after both the process and the people involved in delivering employee investigations.

The day is suitable for those responsible for commissioning and leading investigations including frontline management, HR and staff side representation.

Programme includes:

  • Opportunity to review a case study to understand where and how things may go wrong.
  • A session on how poorly led investigations can harm both individuals and organisational culture.
  • An overview of investigation processes.
  • A legal perspective to ensure all the key elements are covered.
  • An opportunity to reflect on current practice and consider improvements that can be made.
  • An open Q&A session
  • Develop an action plan to implement learning from the day.
