Mae’n bleser gennym eich croesawu i Fwrdd Iechyd Prifysgol Aneurin Bevan ac i’ch rôl newydd gyda ni.
Byddem wedi hoffi eich cyfarch yn bersonol ond, ers cyflwyno ymbellhau cymdeithasol a’r egwyddor o leihau teithio diangen i leihau ein hôl troed carbon, rydym wedi penderfynu cyflawni’r sesiwn Ymsefydlu Corfforaethol ar lein.
Dylai’r sesiwn ymsefydlu corfforaethol gael ei gwblhau gan bob aelod o staff newydd.
Bydd hefyd yn ofynnol i chi gwblhau cyfnod ymsefydlu lleol. Bydd eich rheolwr llinell yn trefnu hyn a bydd yn eich cyflwyno i’ch amgylchedd gwaith a chydweithwyr newydd.
Yn dibynnu ar eich rôl, efallai y bydd gofyn i chi hefyd gwblhau cyfnod ymsefydlu clinigol. Os felly, cysylltir â chi ar wahân.
Allwch chi gymryd peth amser i wylio’r fideos a’r cyflwyniadau byr canlynol?
Ar ôl i chi edrych ar bob un ohonynt, llenwch yr arolwg byr i gadarnhau eich bod wedi cwblhau’r sesiwn ymsefydlu ar-lein. Bydd hyn yn caniatáu inni gofnodi eich bod wedi cwblhau’r sesiwn ymsefydlu corfforaethol yn llwyddiannus.

Corporate Induction
Hello
We are delighted to welcome you to Aneurin Bevan University Health Board and to your new role with us.
We would have liked to have greeted you in person but since the introduction of social distancing and the desire to reduce unnecessary travel to reduce our carbon footprint we have taken the decision to deliver the corporate induction on line.
The corporate induction should be completed by all new staff.
You will also be required to complete a local induction. This will be arranged by your line manager and will introduce you to your working environment and new colleagues.
Depending on your role you may also be required to complete a clinical induction. If this is the case you will be contacted separately.
